Join this dynamic online group workout for the over 50's to focus on the essential exercises that will grow and maintain our muscle and bone strength. Attended regularly these safe, science based, effective exercises will help you sail through your older years with ease and functionality.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to the restriction of participants and the fact it is a fund raising event, there can be no refunds for cancellation. You are welcome to sell on or re-gift your place but please advise of the new participants name and details asap.
