Service Description
This 45-minute session is designed to give you a taster of how to future-proof your body and support your health as you get older. As we move through midlife, the stop-start, high-intensity workouts of the past aren’t always the answer. Instead, we need a more consistent, balanced approach. In this session, we’ll combine strength, mobility, balance and flexibility — the key ingredients for staying strong, moving well and avoiding injury. Think of this as your introduction to what should become non-negotiable in your weekly routine if you want to keep doing the things you love for years to come. It also gives you an idea of what I teach in my membership if you want a taster of how I can help and guide you for accountability and consistency.
