How Does it Work?
You will get 9 x 15 minute workouts to spread over 3 weeks. Try to spread 3 sessions, in order, equally over each week, (e.g.Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Each session has a different focus, upper body, lower body & core/abs and are designed to start you off at a beginners level building up strength in a safe, progressive way. You will also be invited to a WhatsApp group for healthy tips, advice, hacks and a sense of community.
