Welcome to our Mobility, Balance & Strength Training Program designed for the over 50's! Here, you'll find a supportive community and expert guidance to help you build strength and enhance your overall well-being. With over 30 years of education and knowledge, plus personal experience of what works, I will take you on this simple, easy to follow journey to a healthier, stronger you! All for just £27pm!

How The Program Works?
Join me each week for three energising live online classes. Mondays 6pm (30 mins) Wednesdays & Fridays 7am (20 mins).Together, we’ll work on full body joint mobility, building strength (to boost metabolism and encourage healthy weight loss) and balance.
There will be a big focus on building strength in all major muscle groups using either body weight only, resistance bands or weights, helping you feel stronger and a more functional! You can work on your own goals at your own speed. In every workout you'll be given helpful instructions, appropriate adaptations or modifications where necessary.
Each session is recorded, so if you miss a class or want to revisit a workout, you’ll have unlimited access to watch on demand, whenever it suits you best. Plus, you’ll be invited to join our supportive WhatsApp group for accountability, encouragement, and community, connecting with others who are on the same journey. There will also be the extra BONUS weekly newsletter with health and wellness advice, tips and hacks to give you the whole package.
All levels are welcome. With support every step of the way, if you follow the program consistently, I guarantee you’ll achieve your fitness goals. You will also have increased energy, be more functional, and feel healthier, younger and more confident!
