With over 30 years experience I will take you on this empowering journey to a healthier, stronger you! All for just £27pm! How The Program Works?
Join me for three energising live online classes each week. Mondays 6pm (30 mins) Wednesdays 7am (20 mins) and Fridays 7am (20 mins).Together, we’ll start each session focused on full body joint mobility. Quickly moving on to building strength (to boost metabolism and encourage healthy weight loss) and balance work.
There will be a big focus on building strength in all major muscle groups using resistance and weights, helping you feel stronger and giving you a more sculpted look – just in time for spring!
Each session is recorded, so if you miss a class or want to revisit a workout, you’ll have unlimited access to watch on demand, whenever it suits you best. Plus, you’ll be invited to join our supportive WhatsApp group for accountability, encouragement, and community – connecting with others who are on the same journey. There will also be the extra BONUS of a weekly newsletter with health and nutrition advice, tips and hacks to give you the whole wellness package.
All levels are welcome, and with support every step of the way, if you follow the program, I guarantee you’ll feel more energetic, stronger, healthier, younger and more confident!
