90 minutes of calm amongst the Christmas chaos… Escape the festive madness and treat yourself to a little well-deserved YOU time! Join Alison and the lovely Debbie for a wonderfully relaxing experience combining gentle, restorative Pilates, soothing stretches and beautiful aromatherapy oils, all in the soft, cosy glow of candlelight. Alison will gently move, stretch and release tension, while Debbie introduces carefully selected aromatherapy oils throughout the session to complement the movements, soothe the senses and enhance that lovely feeling of relaxation. No rushing just 90 minutes to slow down, breathe and completely switch off. Think candlelight, gorgeous aromas, gentle movement and a little bit of Christmas magic. ✨ Come along, unwind and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the Christmas madness again! 💜
