Service Description

A personal and prescriptive service. A consultation and postural analysis will determine which specific exercises will be prescribed to provide the perfect workout plan.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately due to the restriction of participants and the pre-purchase of the cacao, there can be no refunds for cancellation. You are welcome to sell on or re-gift your place but please advise of the new participants name and details asap.
